Rita El Khoury

Rita El Khoury works as an expert interpreter and translator with The Soufan Group.

She graduated with a master’s degree in Interpretation from Saint Joseph University in Beirut in 2018. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages and Translation in 2016 and one year later received a Modern Languages Teaching Diploma from the same university. She successfully ended her five-year program by completing a placement with the Interpretation Section of the United Nations Office, Vienna at the UNODC. Before moving to Qatar, she worked as a freelancer in various establishments, ranging from United Nations agencies, international and regional organizations to embassies and governmental institutions.
