Deaths Confirmed In Explosion in Manchester

A suicide bomber detonated an improvised explosive device killing at least 22 people, including children, at Manchester Arena immediately after a concert by U.S. singer Ariana Grande in the British city.

The British Prime Minister Theresa May confirmed Tuesday that the blast, caused by a lone suicide bomber, also injured 59 people. The incident is being treated as a terrorist attack.
