Barry Grosart

International Operations Manager

Barry Grosart is the International Operations Manager at The Soufan Group. A veteran of United Kingdom Special Forces, Mr. Grosart is a world-recognized expert in security-risk management within high threat environments.  He has more than 35 years experience in the security-risk management discipline specializing in the International Oil & Gas industry.

Mr. Grosart has travelled extensively in the course of various assignments, and liaised at a senior level with Law Enforcement and Government Agencies. He also has substantial commercial and corporate security experience in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Eurasia.

He has worked extensively in multi-disciplinary teams with accountants, auditors, lawyers and senior corporate and project staff.  He has briefed senior professionals up to and including Government ministers and senior military officers.

His military service in the British Army, Parachute Regiment included tours of duty with United Kingdom Special Forces.
